Editorial policy

This page explains how guides on Worldee are made, what we will and will not publish, and how we handle corrections.

What we publish

Practical, evergreen travel guides: where to go, what to do there and how to plan the trip. We write for independent leisure travellers, many of them based in the UK.

Use of AI writing tools

Guides are drafted with the help of AI writing tools, working from an outline we set, and are then checked by us before they go live. We instruct the tools not to invent statistics, prices, quotes or personal anecdotes, and we remove anything that cannot be supported. We do not publish AI-generated photos: images are our own travel photos or licensed stock photos.

Facts that change

Prices, opening hours, visa and entry rules, transport timetables and health advice change often. We avoid quoting them as fixed facts. When they matter to your plans, check the official website, operator or government source before you travel.

Updates

We review guides regularly. Each guide shows the date it was last updated, and older guides are rewritten when they no longer reflect how travel works today.

Independence

No one pays to appear on Worldee. We do not run sponsored posts, paid reviews or affiliate links. If that ever changes, it will be clearly labelled on the page.

Corrections

If you spot a mistake or something out of date, email editor@worldee.co.uk with the page address. We check every report and update the guide when it is wrong.
