Eugene Serbin

Eugene Serbin runs Worldee as its author and editor. He decides which destinations and topics the site covers, sets the outline for each guide, and reviews the drafts before they are published or updated.

Many of the photos on Worldee are his own, taken on trips through the Ukrainian Carpathians, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Belgium, Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic, among others.

Outside travel, his background is in data and systems. He graduated with honours from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics in 2005, specialising in intelligent decision-making systems, holds a second degree in economic cybernetics from the same university, and works as a systems analyst and AI engineer at Semalt.
